Richard Easbey brings 25 years’ experience to his position as Mortgage Banker with the Metrocities Mortgage Santa Barbara Loan Center. He is a certified Mortgage Planner and is committed to providing excellent levels of service to meet his clients’ needs.
Having a well-rounded background in the mortgage industry, Richard has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to owners of multiple properties. He is organized and efficient, yet makes himself accessible to address any questions or concerns his clients may have during the loan process. His extensive experience of the mortgage industry also qualifies Richard to offer advice on financial planning and equity management. Richard’s team and their in-depth knowledge of the entire loan process allows them to ease his clients through the loan process in a timely and professional manner.
Leisure time outside the office is spent with his family; he volunteers his time and talents at his church, and lists golf among his favorite pastimes.
